In New Jersey, I-95 is now I-295 between US 1 and CR 579/Bear Tavern Road.

In New Jersey, I-95 is now I-295 between CR 579/Bear Tavern Road and the Scudder Falls Bridge over the Delaware River.
In Pennsylvania, I-95 North/South is now I-295 East/West between the Scudder Falls Bridge and SR 2071 (Taylorsville Road).

In Pennsylvania, I-95 North/South is now I-295 East/West between SR 2071 (Taylorsville Road) and the PA Turnpike.

In Pennsylvania, the PA Turnpike and I-276 East/West is now I-95 North/South between I-95 and the Delaware River (Turnpike Connector) Bridge.
In New Jersey, I-276/NJ Turnpike (Pearl Harbor Memorial Extension) is now I-95 North/South along the NJ Turnpike beginning at Exit 6 to the official terminus of I-95 at the Canadian Border near Houlton, Maine.
